Consent to Personal Data Processing

This document is a translation of the Russian original provided for convenience. The processing of personal data is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation. In the event of any discrepancy, the Russian version shall prevail.

The person who has confirmed their consent on a page of the website https://jewelleryschool.com (the "User") hereby consents to Individual Entrepreneur Olga Nikolaevna Karakurkchi (OGRNIP 317784700024308, INN 784290076694), registered at: 125504, Moscow, Dmitrovskoye shosse, 75/77, apt. 124, Russia (the "Operator"), processing the following personal data:

– surname, first name, patronymic;

– contact telephone number;

– e-mail address;

– social network and messenger account details provided by the User;

– bank details - only when handling a refund request.

Processing is carried out in accordance with Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of 27 July 2006 by any means, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.

The Operator processes personal data for the following purposes:

– registration and identification of the User on the Website;

– establishing and maintaining communication between the User and the Operator, consulting on services, handling requests;

– concluding contracts and performing the Operator’s obligations under them, including informing the User of the dates and times of classes and events (by telephone, e-mail, WhatsApp and Telegram messengers, and the VK social network) and sending documents and learning materials;

– improving the quality of service, including recording telephone conversations;

– statistical and other research based on depersonalised information.

Consent to receive advertising and informational mailings, and consent to the publication of the User’s reviews, photos and videos, are given separately and are not a condition of the provision of services.

Processing on the Operator’s behalf may be carried out by persons ensuring the operation of the Website and the Operator’s services (hosting, customer relationship management systems, communication and mailing services, payment providers) under contracts containing confidentiality and personal data protection requirements.

This consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until withdrawn. The User may withdraw consent at any time by sending the Operator a notice to top@jewelleryschool.com marked "Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing". The Operator shall cease processing and destroy the personal data within 30 days of receipt of the withdrawal, except where processing may be continued in accordance with the law.
